上の写真手前に見えるのはラムのスペアリブ。もう2度と同じ味はできないと思うけど、醤油、先日作った手作りケチャップ、塩コショウ、甘味料。上に乗ってるのはゴマとフラックス(アマ)の種。オーブンで片面7分ずつ、そのあとそのまま15分。なかなかでした。<br />

週2回やってくる魚屋さんから今日買ったのはたら。レモン、酒、塩コショウを載せてアルミホイルで覆ってオーブンへ。<br />

So , alternative to it is real Indian curry which does not use flour to thicken it. . . 日本のオーソドックスなカレーは、小麦粉たっぷりで高糖質。とても低糖質な献立には合いません。。。。ので、インドカレーにすると小麦粉使わない分低糖質で済む。。。。とはいえ、スパイスの種類とタイミングがものを言うインドカレー、スーパーからカレールー買ってきて簡単に作るというものじゃない。。。。<br />

日本で買ってきたこちらのレシピ本からピザを作ってみた。<br />
マジ、ピザみたいな食感!<br />

糖質はというと、大豆粉、小麦タンパク、アーモンドパウダー(分量の半分はアーモンドパウダーが足りなかったのでココナツフラワー使ってみた!)で、おおざっぱな計算で1枚6g位。私は1枚食べてお腹いっぱい。。。!<br />
<br />
トッピングは、残り物のツナ缶と、スモークサーモンに、オニオン、ピーマン、トマト。<br />
<br />
こねる、寝かせるっていう部分はホームベーカリーにお任せ。ただ、NZのHBは大きいので、実は本に出ているレシピの量の倍を作りました。ので、残ったものは形を整えた段階で冷凍庫へ。<br />

先日は黒豆のスパゲティ。今日は同じ会社の緑豆のフェットチーネ。パッケージをよく見るとFettuccine shapeって書いてあるので「もどき」って感じかと。<br />

とはいえ、なかなか行ける。<br />

大豆や黒豆より若干糖質多めなので、一人分をサイドディッシュの様に使って二人で分けてみた。<br />

冷蔵庫に瓶入りのスパゲティソースが1/4程残っていたので、チキンとブロッコリーと茹で卵に、チーズと一緒にかけてみた。。。。<br />

緑豆と水だけでなぜにこんなにいい感じの舌触りになるのかよくわからないけど、グルテンフリーってことは少なくとも小麦グルテンとか密かに含まれているわけでもなさそうだし、こういう食べ方すれば低糖質な献立のチョイスが増えるのでいいかなぁ。。。と。<br />
